I am a ST and I transferred my ticket to a mate on friends and family. he cant make it now as his boat was cancelled due to the storm but cant seem to be able to transfer the ticket back to me(or onto anyone else). Do we have any options or will it just go unused now?

Did he receive an email with the ticket attached after you transferred it? If so he can simply forward the email on to whoever needs it. Just make sure he hasn’t got the ticket downloaded to his mobile wallet.
