Feyenoord (H) | CL | Post Match Thread

Absolutely pathetic and ANOTHER example of a couple of quick goals leading to a total collapse. Real, Lyon, Liverpool, Monaco, Sporting, Feyenoord have all shown what to do. Brighton, Bournemouth and Spurs now as well.
The teams picking us off aren't top class, they just play with pace. We've been found out and no player is prepared to stand up as a Captain and rally the players.

I just don't see our defence working well enough to stop any team at the minute. Quite simply, it's rubbish. The structure of the team is well off and it's every player who looks well below their best.

I don't know what we have to do against Liverpool but we can't defend, don't create clear chances and Haalands off form. Our passing is slow, dull and predictable and just ineffective.

Pep needs to roast the fucking lot of them in that dressing room. We need BIG changes.

The players left on the pitch have completely let Guardiola down tonight I’m afraid to say.

That is an utter disgrace what we have witnessed.

Hideous.
I think Pep needs a share of the blame too. He made two nonsensical subs. Debruyne for Gundo and McAtee for Ake. He didn't need to do that.

True but the team has been in a slump and we were winning.

He never makes subs so why now..

Leave the players who are winning you the game on the pitch.
True that

But the players have still let the team down

3-0 up

No excuses

Anyone think it’s over? I mean the good times. All fallen apart since Rodders got injured. It just looks like the end.
Was it the end when Yaya’s legs went in about 2014-15 and we didn’t as much as challenge for the title for three seasons without him leading us to titles?

No, we built again and went on to win titles again.

Pep did say before if the players are not trying/listening to him he will leave. Fucking hope not
The worst thing is he hasn't been listening to himself for a while now. All of his principles are gone, every single one. Through the window! What happened to keeping the ball? What happened to 3 second rule? What happened to 4-3-3? Etc...

Agreed...as I said elsewhere....but People seem nor to want to facectge fact that Lewis us also a big part of our problems
Not to blame for tonight and even the attack could have a night off with that too.

Football is so much about momentum.

Game done - Gvardiol decides to hand out another two goals to the opposition. It was only going one way from there.

Didn't quite understand the changes but the game was done and they had offered nothing.

The cliche 'goals change games' is so apt - we've handed over 7 in the last 2 games. 4 at Sporting. No-one can legislate for that many individual errors. We wouldn't be 3 nil up and cruising if we were horrifically bad - it's on the individuals.

Just don't understand how anybody is blaming Pep for making subs at 3-0 up. We know the situation with the squad and all the injuries we have. There's no excusing the goals we conceded.
Leave the centre half’s alone.
Especially with a untested kid. If he’s brimg Dias on then maybe. And im not killing the kid but under the circumstances it was a mistake from Pep

Oh they didn’t listen to him? Guess pep is never in wrong it’s only the players huh? Lewis ? The players fault? High line? The players fault. This listen and not listening. Are you a staff member or how do you know that?
Oh thats it is it ?? Blame fucking Pep after 3-0 up and making some good substitutions, due to the fact that some were knackered.
Nothing fucking wrong with the subs its the fucking shambles of the players and nothing wrong from Pep.They have to take the blame and full responsibility for our loss !!!
