I agree about Slot. Also the club goes about its business in quite a dignified way these days. They seem to spend wisely, and within their constraints. (Are they still using our database?)

Don't get me wrong, their fans are insufferable, and the club still isn't as perfect as City, but if they win the league in a fair manner, I'll congratulate them and my few Liverpool supporting mates. Preferable to Arsenal any day, and it would upset United fans, which is always a good thing.

Like maybe a lot of City fans I used to have a sneaky admiration for the Grievers. We were shit, regularly getting spanked off the rags and these lot seemed contenders.

Even in Istanbul I wasn't disappointed that they won. Everything changed when we were taken over and became contenders. Happy days with slippy Steve and Djemba Ba. A lot more spite crept in from them, lots of people started mentioning the violence associated with them.

Things came to a head in the Champion's League. That assault on our team coach, no one saw nutting la!!!!!!! The complicity of their shitty plods and the deafening silence of the media cunts still rankles.

I feel particularly upset for that teenage fan given horrendous injuries by their **** followers in a cup game. Again the press bending over backwards not to give a hint of their twatish behaviour.

Just read some clickbait about the early kickoff on Sunday - police advice due to our coach being attacked ( in a league game this time) and the darlings having unpleasant songs sung about them. Media whitewash with the ever present H card ready to play.

I have zero respect for these and if it isn't us this season, I couldn't care less.

My school had regular large scale gang battles City/Liverpool fans v United fans, that’s why even now my hatred is much more for one than the other
