Exactly but, it's not working so his position as a starter needs changing.
I get that he's not the player he was back when he left us. I do still think he's a good player. He had the Feeyenord game managed well. When he got taken out, that's when things turned sour. What my question would be - who would you put there? We already have Akanji moving up. Lewis doesn't have the build for the 6 position. The commentators on NBC were talking about this yesterday. We don't really have anyone to step into the role that Rodri vacated. That's why Gundo and Bernardo are being trotted out every game. Even Gundo, I'm sure, would concede that he did not plan or expect to play 75-80 minutes for every game.

Still over 3,500 tickets available for Wednesday night, we need a sell out to get behind the team.

I feel they way the club have priced out local fans this would have been the ideal opportunity to get them back, the tourist are leaving the sinking ship.

Never going to get many 'tourists' for a wet wednesday at home to Forest

If KDB not available

-----------‐----ortega

-Wright-Gundog-Gvardiol
---------‐--- Grealish
---Foden Haaland Doku

I think starting KDB is an absolute must for this game if he's fit, would be great to see him heading back to his best and giving the whole team a boost, failing that let's see Grealish more central. Gundo and Silva both need a rest, they both look tired, predictable and easy to play against. Haaland needs something to chase and feed off so maybe a few longer direct balls forward too before the opposition defence has time to reset after we win the ball. I'm sure Pep has his reasons but sticking to the short pass possession based slow grinding down of the opposition is far too predictable and easy to defend against unless we sharpen up massively. We're turning the ball over far too easily for a high pressing team IMHO.

The greatest manager at thinking outside of the box, needs to start doing that?
Well his thinking inside the box is doing great for the last 7 games. All managers - even the greatest, need to bring new ideas into the frame when things aren't going right.

Forest are no mugs, if we pass the ball around for the sake of it they will sit in deep and just watch us doing it, teams don't seem to chase the ball round like they used to do a few seasons back they just sit and wait for a break.

I suspect we do win but they score with their first counter attack annoyingly.

Really looking forward to this, Forest hate the scousers more than we do and because of that I have a soft spot for them.

Saying that, I want them humiliated and shamed as our goal difference reaches new heights. I am just trying to think which boiled sweets would be suitable for the crowd around me for this match/
