Dias was the only player on the pitch who performed well. Others tried but were just not at the races, stray loose passes and at times a little stationary. Others were just poor.

Dias. The only "leader" showing any fucking leadership at the moment.

Take the armband off Kyle and give it to Ruben.

Simpler solution, keep Kyle on the bench and Ruben or Kev will have the armband.

The big frustration for me is that Kyle has been doing the same errors (being out of sync with the rest of the back four’s line) virtually every time he has played. He’s not recognising that his physical powers have waned and he needs to adjust his strategy to stop getting beaten by his winger.
