We also miss a Fernandinho type of player. We allow ourselves to be bullied and some times you need someone to just answer the bell. Rodri was more than capable of this.

Oh what I wouldn’t give to have a tough and ruthless player like Fern in the team.

One of the many, MANY things we miss without Rodri is the long diagonal switch of play pass out of the wing

Jack’s frequently stood in acres of space but by the time four players pass it ten yards each to get him the ball we’ve lost the whole advantage of keeping him high and wide

Just swing the ball forty yards into the space in front of him and get up the pitch
