Savinho for Bernardo and I think we can win this.

We’re obviously still susceptible to the counter attack, but we’ve nullified most of them.

Just need a goal and a bit more confidence and belief.

Villa have created nothing that hasn't come from a City error, they are crap. Its definitely winnable second half.

Ping a quick ball through ….goal.
Ping a quick ball through ….goal.
Ping a quick ball through ….goal.
Ping a quick ball through ….goal.

Every fkn game. Rinse and repeat.

Where’s the defensive coaching?

Plus the usual powder puff attack.

Kiss another 3 points goodbye.

10 fouls to 1 in their favour - they are either fouling us without a second thought or they are snapping into decent tackles.

We can’t match their physicality in the middle of the park and ultimately really struggles to deal with their transitions.

Far and away the biggest thing we need is energy and legs. And we’re needing to buy that type of player in.

I'm not suggesting we play the whole EDS side now am I?
You seem to be of the opinion that we have better options in the EDS than in the first team squad. And that Pep, who unlike you see them train everyday refuse to realise this. When the reality more likely is that the children in the youth team are significantly worse than our senior players and thats why they are not getting any minutes.

In all seriousness now, how, when he continues to set us up as we are, can anyone continue to support Guardiola?

Morgan Rogers, a player that didn't fit the Guardiola mold (just like all the others he never tried who are now ripping up trees) is making our midfield of Lewis, Gundogan, Kovacic, Foden, and Bernardo look like 8 stone wet weaklings. The goal we conceded was like a knife through butter and just pathetic. We offer nothing but sideways, sideways, backwards. Despite having over 70% possession, we generate less than nothing.

I thought we've looked a bit better on the ball without creating too much. Very poor start with a bad mistake by Gvardiol leading o a few chances for the in the opening couple of minutes and only Ortega saved us. After that we took control of the game but lack that creative spark. It's a much better performance for us than last season against them though.

The goal we gave away was again poor defending, this time from Stones. He went charging forward to close Tielemans down and in doing so left a huge hole in the centre of our defence which they exploited well.

Personally I'l like to see Doku on to run at Cash, with Grealish moving more centrally. If that doesn't work, then bring on KDB to try and create something.

There's definitely still something in this game for us if we can add a bit of creativity to our control and cut out the defensive mistakes.
