Groundhog Day for 2 months now. We now have a battle for a European place and that’s being optimistic. I feel sorry for the youngsters not being given a chance
But he's always tweaked/changed/overhauled systems, even keeping his principles. We've been on winning runs and then he's tried something outrageous. Why not do that now? He's one of the most successful managers ever using his principles of play.
If he changes then we should sack him
The higher you fly, the further you fall. The team is running on empty physically and mentally, they can't play Peps normal style. Peps needs to change things to suit the team at present.
I think Pep is the same as the team after 4 amazing seasons everyone is knackered.
These players haven't any really down time for years. You just can't keep going, it's impossible.
It's incredibly insulting to them when literally nothing is happening to not try them for 5 minutes. Hard to accept.Another ex academy player tears us apart. James needs to get away asap.
Sooner or later he's has to trust Wright or Simpson P or Nico, because the guys who have given us so much now can't do the basics.
If we don't buy this window it's going to cost us a lot of money.
Why do we need aggression?Aggression stems from the manager. A coach/manager is there to pump up their players. If they’re finding themselves backing out of tackles then it stems from one man.
Plus the fact he’s comfortable playing the same shit every week.
I think if we lose to Everton & Leicester which is entirely possible then unfortunately I think Pep will fall on his sword. He won’t be sacked but he may either walk or be ‘encouraged’ to move on.No leader on the pitch. They have downed tools. Serious issues within that squad. Can Pep fix it? It's looking doubtful.
