Rough with the smooth, move on. Everton on Boxing DayTrue. But what is also true is that we’ve had also far better …… and how we get back to those times looks a very distant journey right now

I bet he wishes he had sailed into the sunset after last seasons title or even the trebleShocked at the general apathy today, and really starting to wonder if it’s tiredness or Pep has finally lost some of those in the dressing room. If he has, then I think he’s gone in summer if not before.
I was gung ho about Pep tearing things up and rebuilding this week, but after watching that and seeing absolutely no improvement whatsoever, no idea what to think anymore.
I will say that when it comes, the Pep decision will be one that Pep makes himself, as it should be. Definitely see it looming now tho.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but that's exactly what he should have done. That was his zenith; the moment he became the best manager the English game has seen. The necessary rebuild is gargantuan, and I wonder whether he has the energy for it; his post-match comments hardly assuaged my fears.I bet he wishes he had sailed into the sunset after last seasons title or even the treble
if we cant will the first 5 of them fixtures then i would be really worried!Look at our fixtures from now til the end of Feb

This is not a normal slump. The team is unrecognisable at the moment and it's becoming consistent. The upturn in form, if it arrives, will not be as quick to return as the collapse we're seeing atm. There's a real slog ahead just to turn stem this slide.Shocked at the general apathy today, and really starting to wonder if it’s tiredness or Pep has finally lost some of those in the dressing room. Go to bed.
This could be closer to the truth than some may think. What if Peps desire is there but some of the players isn't. The problem is would those players, especially at the age some are, respond to another manager. For me if Peps up for it, clear out those who are "done" and go again.I don't think our owners would sack pep.
But what they have to be careful of is pep has always said if he can see the hunger in the players he will carry on. At the minute are the players hungry enough?
Would it be a massive shock if pep decides to call it a day?
IMO I think the players have got no legs left to do what pep wants. But it can look like they have given up

Eat some fruit or something then.Bit early for that yet
Okie dokieEat some fruit or something then.
Surely he would’ve seen that before he signed on again? They don’t suddenly show no desire since, there is something else going on behind the scenes no one knows about im sure of it, the capitulation is off the scale, it can’t all be injuries and tiredness, Christ we wee cruising after 8 games albeit getting over the line in some but I put that down to what we had to do sometimes, if Pep thought they weren’t with him he wouldn’t have extended, something must’ve happened in between we aren’t privy too. This could be closer to the truth than some may think.
