PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I think you are right.
I am so down at the moment, maybe need some down time from here

I know mate. It was easier to shrug it off when we were doing well and I think we fans are getting as fatigued as the team. My late dad always used to say "99% of fears never come true" which may have been statistical bollocks but the principle is true. Hang in there.

But Juventus they were the top dog running the football over there

We all know Manchester City is not a powerhouse club in the Premier League and has little say in the rules and changes made., We also know United are the main power in the Premier League and don't want us building a history better than theirs,

100% if we are found guilty it will finish Manchester City and Sheik Mansour owning the club, they don't just want punishment us, but they want to finish us and make us that little old city again.

Forget the investment and infrastructure or shareholdings because they will be worthless if found guilty
The scariest thing is it could all end overnight and everything would be a major problem: Manchester City would be left penniless and all the money gone.

Yes the stadium will be finished and over 60.000 capacity, but we would never fill it in the championship and the corporate and hospitality would struggle and it would have to be closed because of the cost of running it on match days.

A Guilty Verdict would be a life sentence
They have 6 e-mails, if they had more we'd know about it. Bit of perspective.

I was lucky and used the Metro rather than the buses - I got back hours before you!!

People kept arriving and talking about how utter shit the bus option was
We got the metro but only after messing about for 2 or 3 hours trying to get a bus and then we were pissing about for a while near taksim square before we got a message saying get to Nevizade street now!!!

They could do anything they like because this would be a major footballing crime the likes nothing before
The Premier League would have to obey to United and Liverpool and they would want maximum damages

its only in the past couple of months that I have had nightmares about what all this could do to our club.
How could the ownership of the club still be in charge? or should I say would the fans still want them here because we have been lied to,

Also if we are found guilty and forget any appeal, We would be found guilty and that is good enough for the rest of the Premier League job done,
Looking at how these cases tend to be decided, the penalties are quite well trodden and directly related to the breaches. Transfer bans don’t match the allegations.

Put the Sherry away.

It’s not even Christmas yet.

Remove all doubt by getting acquitted and we can really crack on without any repercussions. Part of the lack of quality team investments is also partially down to players turning us down. The board will have no issues of spending either.

They have far more than 6 emails
I am sure that is true, but what's that likely to consist of? More emails? Bank transactions? Audited bank accounts? Whistle blower testimonies?

On the basis that there were circa 5m documents in play from Rui Pinto's hacking and only 6 were used by UEFA, where have the other documents/evidence come from?

I am not trying to be clever, I am just interested in your expert opinion on this. Thanks in advance.

Not necessarily. Disclosure in the PL case is massively more. Hence 12 weeks. Thousands of emails and docs
I wish to disclose that I’ve had my pre Xmas brunch with my surviving family- niece and nephew. Enough booze to float a small battleship. Tons of banter about our crapness as they are both reds, my smugness as Bournemouth handed out another lesson at the swamp. Moral of post. I love my remaining family: I will be there next year our lord permitting and I will continue to bleed City blood. Life is short, Take some time off from speculation now for a week or so and concentrate on what’s really important and what you can actually touch and influence. And yes I am very pissed and emotional. God bless you all.

They will have come from the disclosure exercise City will have been required to be part of. City will have disclosed thousands of emails and other documents searched by key word, custodian and time ranges.
