That's an extreme example of bringing on 3 subs at once, with no experience of working together. Blooding youngsters and making more use of squad players could help avoid players playing through injury, playing through exhaustion & getting reinjured after being rushed back (eg Akanji vs Forest & Stones vs Villa).
