We've booked a place near Gare du Nord Station, although that was solely for the reason that we're travelling by Eurostar.

Having not been to PSG before, I'm not sure where blues tend to meet before the game

Thanks for the info, which has been in circulation for for a few weeks now relating to PSG games.

I think it relates to previous matches and possibly this match???

Who knows???

No mention in the attached of ID or Passport checks???

Just a visual check?

Ticket office says tickets be a Mobile ticket issued to Main Purchaser, up to 5 days prior.

My interpretation of this is that a visual check refers to showing your ticket to a steward before you're able to get to the turnstile.

There's normally something like this for every away game.

I don't belive it means a passport or ID check, but I've been wrong before.

I would've hope city would mention if there would be ID checks

Indeed- am booked to go the Palace of Versaille the day before the match.

Interesting PSG's stadium has a capacity of 48,000 meaning we should be allocated 5% of this which is 2,400. Yet we've only been given 2,024.

Am I missing something here, I can't think of any reason why this would be the case.

Hmmm, whom to believe???

Been going there regularly for last 10-15 yrs. While the city has certainly changed in some respects and in some specific areas, it’s much harder to argue with it being an incredible city than it being a dangerous shithole!

Never had an unsafe stay there and never felt unsafe there, but xenophobes need to be aware that the racial mix in some areas has changed. If you don’t like that, stay in the tourist areas.

Pickpockets everywhere there are crowds, but be mindful of your surroundings, as always, and you should have no issues.

Paris is incredible. I've been on several occasions and the locals were friendly every time. Go out looking for shithole things in any city, and you will find shithole things. The reality is Paris is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Agreed, wholeheartedly. However, the traffic between CDG and the city (by car) is fucking horrendous!!!
