the rwanda one has always bothered me, i would love someone to show me the uptick in rwandas tourism industry in comparison with the sponsorship costs because at no point in human history has anyone said, where do you fancy going on holiday this year love? how about a couple of weeks in rwanda i hear the genocide is lovely this time of year, talk about fair market value.
