That certainly helps. Their gaffer is also an ex-City youth which has absolutely nothing to do with it but worth pointing out since he has done a very good job there ;)

Seems like this fella is a bit of a Mahrez like late-bloomer. FFS Marmoush

This is very true . Our academy is the same. We develop talent and allow them leave if they wish to seek first team football .

Let’s hope Pep doesn’t kill him with slow and sideways football. This guy is fast, direct, and needs to be given the opportunity to play football the way he has been plying football in Germany.

Christ. I thought we might move quickly but this would be impressive.

It's exciting when deals are leaked one day then (potentially) done the next. I guess that's the advantage of being radio silent then briefing the press when it's (potentially) nearly done as opposed to doing an Berrada and leaking it months before and letting it tediously play out in public.
