Had a long drive back from Manchester today so thought I'd listen to 5 live which I haven't listened to for donkey's years. Since Alan Green was at his most obnoxious, in fact.

So I turned on in the middle of a discussion about Scottish football and about rotation of goalkeepers, which was erudite and informative. The pundits being interviewed were none other than Joe Hart and Nedum Onuaha. If that's the way it's going, I may just tune in again some time.
Nedum is on Sunday sport most weeks with Steve Crossman who is one of the best starts at 12 goes though to the idiots Savage and Sutton show 606 interrupted by the commentary at which point Nedum leaves
Joe has been on a few times and both are excellent Nedum is imho the best pundit in the media

Remember when we were first linked with Walker and the media suddenly started saying he was crap?
Did they not do that with most of our signings. We paid ridiculous fees for him and Stones according to the media at the time.
De Bruyne was a £60m Chelsea reject
Mahrez was coming to sit on the bench
Sterling was a greedy money grabber

Foden should leave cos he won't get any games.

Just text this into the BBC live feed.

How convenient that the media and Liverpool fans begin to turn on Alexander-Arnold as soon as it becomes clear he might leave Anfield. He was the best thing since sliced bread just a couple of weeks ago. I recall a similar turn when it became clear Kyle Walker wanted to leave Spurs and join City back in 2017.
