Was it fat southern rag **** crooks?

The Laura Kueensberg of TS when it comes to protecting the rags.
Didn’t hear it - it was another poster who heard it on his way to the game today. Obviously lives a good distance away & just wanted to listen to some sport - Talks**** is not about sport though - it’s about getting people to phone in

Nauseatingly sycophantic piece from Ian Herbert about Salford/United links today. Hope we absolutely batter them later.

It’s interesting that since their rise through the divisions started to stall and they were making losses that the likes of Neville took a step back from the actual running of the club. Now they’ve got a glamour tie against the best team in the country over the last 15 years they all come out of the woodwork and start making it about United and their nauseating class of 92.

Them stuck in the past harking back to a youth team over 30 years ago shows their problems of both clubs. Football has moved on from United a long time ago, letting people like Neville and Giggs who can’t evolve and failed miserably as managers themselves has let them get into the financial problems they have now. There’s a reason why the mothership in Stretford actively pursues City employees as our club is the gold standard of how to run a football club.

I thought it was illegal to show graphic pictures of female genitalia in the press?

We can see the BBC narrative coming from a mile off.

MoTD will open with pictures of cobbled streets set in Salford. Portraying a history of working class, salt of the earth people with the Salford City club badge laying in the rain. David Beckham picks it up and rings Phil Neville (change in narrative as Gary is contracted to Sky) to create a 'proper Mancunian club'. Cue a picture of the crass of 1999 followed by a montage of their 'success'. The scene moves to a 1990's style Tele in Salford City football club bar of the FA Cup draw and Dion picking out Salford City.

A silhouette of the Etihad under an 'eastern sky' appears with a brief montage of our success. Cuts to real rags lifting the cup last season and City players looking miserable. Something about mighty empires falling with the montage of Pep self harming. "Can Salford make Manchester red again?" the narrator says.

Fades to Mark Chapman introducing Ginger Pig, Phil Chuckle and for 'balance' Andy Cole.

Their climb through the divisions has stalled because the club's sugar daddy (from Malaysia, was it? Can't be arsed Googling) pulled out.
This glamour tie is a chance to put the club back in spotlight and maybe attract new investors (or even an outright buyer perhaps).
In other words, the much-laided Crass of 92 are now reduced to desperately tarting about in the reflection of City's fame and glamour, in the hope of not losing their shorts on a precarius investment.
Hopefully, we batter them and put an abrupt stop to all that nonsense.

Can we begin to understand the size of the wankathon if the wrong MCR ball hadn't been put in the freezer? rags v Salford and us at Arsenal must have been the script.
Dion Dublin was on five live this morning jokingly apologising for the draw.

I feel he did fuck it up and your suggestion was the original plan.

Rags V Mini Rags and a shit City getting spanked at Arsenal would be BBC wank fodder.

Andrew Cole, surely ?
What's his son doing now ?
Didn't "Andrew" complain that cruel City never gave his lad a chance to make it ?

Exactly as I said to hub before. As predictable as tomorrow being Sunday. The reintroduction of Bryan Riggs began this week where else but the BBC.
