FA Cup R4 Draw | Leyton Orient (A) | Sat 8 Feb 12:15 | Live on BBC One

So, 6 ties get selected for tv I think. Any suggestions for the 6?

Hard one to call but I think they will go with 6 of these 7 fixtures:

Plymouth v liverpool
united v Leicester
Exeter v Forest
Brighton v Chelsea
Villa v Spurs
Orient/Derby v City
Birmingham v Newcastle

Wonder which one won’t get picked …

Exeter Forest most likely. Maybe even Brighton Chelsea. All the others will be on.

Yes I have listened to his pod cast he is former Yugoslov during the war times he is very intelligent and a great motivator by the looks of it glad Schumacher did not get the post again bloddy scouser. But he did well at cercle Bruges took them from relegation to Europe. They had the youngest squad and they ran the most distance in all euro leagues to he then got the sack the following season as lost 2 of his best players and was at loggerheads with the board who then dismissed him all the fans adore him still and there are plenty good luck messages from them. I am very impressed with him and says to play football should be a previlige he is so humble should do a good job and hopefully keep us up. 3 big home games coming up. Glad Grannie shagger had gone
Interesting times, yeah, any club recruiting wazza are totally out of touch but I do have a soft spot for the green army.

There is no reason to show the rags whatsoever but we all know they will be on. Would actually be good if some of the lower league club had some TV exposure.

My choices would be:

Brighton & Hove Albion v Chelsea

Exeter City v Nottingham Forest

Coventry City v Ipswich Town

Birmingham City v Newcastle United

Plymouth Argyle v Liverpool

Aston Villa v Tottenham Hotspur

Leave our game at the traditional time of 3.00pm Saturday

So we either get a dumpy championship team or a decent league 1 team?

So basically same difficulty either way, and likely another game to see a bunch of youth again.

No, I wouldn’t pick united either, just trying to think realistically. I hope ours gets picked in the basis I won’t get a ticket.

Leyton Orient would certainly be interesting - appear to be 1966 since we were last there 2-2 draw 3 days after winning promotion. Can't quite work out whether it was the day we became Div 2 champions or had to wait until Charlton match.

I've been to Derby before but never to Pride Park - as it's just half an hour up the road it would be nice to get the opportunity.
The 2-2 at Leyton was the last time we met,I was at Maine road December 65 same season won 5-0.

I was there, got crushed to fuck, it was frightening, especially after what had happened at Hillsborough a few months earlier :(
Yep, me too. Remember a load of Derby hooligans coming to our entrance at half time shouting " where's Donald". Fuck knows why they were just wanting him
