PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

After we finish the North Stand rebuild and extension, is there any way to 'do a Chelsea's and sell it to ourselves to create funding to spend on players?

It feels a stupid question, but the regulations are nothing but stupid, so it made me wonder.

no PSR cheaters this time then?

guess those hotel sales by Chelsea all approved and and arms length strange transfers end of June between Forest, Villa, Chelsea, Newcastle for inflated prices for home grown talents moved around also all accepted without much checking and all above water.
I guess we will see some more of these transfer again in June.
Chelsea sold their womens team to their parent company as well as the hotels. As others have said, no mention of the Rags bloated over the top covid claim to avoid failing

Chelsea applauded for selling assets back to themselves and that’s not cheating the financial regulations???

City who are steadfast that we have broken no rule get called cheats.

So what’s the difference? Owner investment or selling assists back to your parent company lol.

Stinks.

Not to mention the rags getting a pass with ‘special’ allowances to make sure they squeeze through.

The league are still going after Leicester and now will appeal the appeal claiming the panel members were not good enough lol.

Something badly stinks at the premier league HQ.

I guarantee you that if city had taken the Chelsea approach we would have been hung, drawn and quartered.
I've no idea how the Chavs have got away with selling Hotels and the Ladies team (there's also issues with the Stadium ownership). It's supposed to be Sustainability, it's impossible for the Chav's to achieve that, they have no other assets to sell so their finances are very much not sustainable if they carry on dealing in the manner they have the past 2 years.

“Manchester United are confident they comply with Premier League and Uefa financial rules despite posting a £113.2m net loss in their latest accounts. It is the fifth consecutive year United have made an annual loss, with the club £115.5m in the red in 2021-22 and £42.1m in 2022-23.”
Make it make sense!!
That’s £270.8m losses over the last 3 seasons.
They call it ‘allowances’ I call it red cartel corruption.

Ffs two sets of rule book. City would be relegated to 3 rd division by now

5 years of losses, totalling £270m.

“Profit” and “sustainability”.

Is buying assets from yourself not just adding debt or is it changed to liquidity?

I still don’t hear anyone call them dirty American cheats! What about the dodgy Russian before? When is that media death by a thousand a cuts starting?

Sick of them all and a big reason why city won’t budge.

Big fuck you premier dirty league.
