PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I haven't got enough fingers to count with to come up with that fuckwittery, mind you I expect the MUEN will fight their corner whatever the weather.
Hold on a mo ...

-£313M to -£103M is £210M allowable deductions. Of which is £35M share sale costs. So what's the missing £175M then? You know the bulk of the allowable deductions.

Everton and Forest need to be on this, asking questions.

It's the way the accounting just jumps isn't it mate? No matter how much they fail by it will always be allowed is what I am getting from this.

A points deduction for them this season will see them in the Championship and the PL know it.

Between the United farce and the rumoured Chelsea settlement, any journalist defending the 5-6 year 'campaign' against City and it's ownership, has no leg to stand on anymore. It couldn't be more obvious.

So I never want to hear any journalist, pundit or fan of any club, justify it with the pile of steaming bullshit that was:

'The reaction would be the same for any club, it's the principle of the matter at hand/it's about football/justice/fairness. In fact, it would probably have a bigger reaction if this was United, biggest club in the world...'

Oh, and whether a rumour is confirmed, is light on information or sounds like BS, never seems to matter for City. Before anyone points that out. There is never any wait and see approach when it comes to our club. There would 100% be a media frenzy by now, if either of these stories were about City. Including a scenario where there is no 115 case in the background.

In fact, why not go back to 2014(compare City with Liverpool and United failing break even limits... and the latter getting away with it) or 2011(netspend obsessions and the like). It never is anywhere near the same, the media absolutely are being used as a tool, in this dirty battle off the field. It also looks suspiciously like they are making sure only American owners can use them in the same way, in this country. They haven't just been bullshitting City fans(and any non-cartel fans wise to it), they have been gaslighting and at times targetting the fanbase. Mocking it as tinfoil hat conspiracy fodder or victimhood. Sweeping hypocrisy under the carpet with buzzwords like 'whataboutery'. Calling fans 'brainwashed/sportswashed', questioning their morals... Who in the hypocritical-virtue signalling hell do they think they are fooling anymore?

whats the rumoured settlement with Chelski?

That they're looking to settle financially for similar stuff that we're being accused of and that they've already admitted to, rather than taking a points deduction. It is only a rumour but it was reported by Ziegler who sometimes gets the inside track on things so there could be some truth to it.

This is exactly what I'm thinking, and it would be a huge points deduction as well

And yet, no Burnham, no Wyness, no journalists, no fans of Everton, Forest or Leicester, in fact, NO ONE saying, “what about Utd?”
Startling and yet in no way surprising..

United's 3 year financials
23/24 -£115
22/23 -£29
21/22 -£113

loss of £257m over 3 years they're supposedly only allowed to lose £105m. They got £70m from mitigation for covid so let's the they have that again for the 21/22 season that leaves them with £82m to find mitigation for to get to the £105m pass number. What on earth have they claimed £82m for? surely the paint job in the tunnel wasn't that pricey?
Even if they do a Liverpool and claim £50m for the new stadium build they are still well short.

I just can't see how they've passed
Didnt they also get £35 million allowances for selling a percentage of the club to that piss stained tramp.

I wonder what any other club has recieved for similar? Did we get anything from the Silverlake sale

They're allowed the same as under FFP, so youth development and women's football expenses, plus depreciation on infrastructure. That's probably worth another £80m to them I reckon. They'll only have scraped through by the skin of their teeth though. Once those inflated allowances run out though, they'll have to conjure up some more. Otherwise they could be in real trouble (but I'll believe that when I see it).

But UEFA fined them the pl ignore it

You're missing a very relevant point, it's supposed to be about "sustainability" selling off assets in a one off transaction is not sustainable as the Chavs won't be able to do the same thing in the future.

They have virtually asset stripped the club to pass the rules, they have no more loop holes to fall back on, there is no sustainability to their business plan, therefore they should have deemed to have failed.
That would be a great point if FFP and PSR was genuinely about sustainability, but we know it never has been.
