Save Our Ruben Interim

Just when we thought we were turning another corner, poor Ruben's hit the lamppost on the pavement. Poor lad.
Then, he seems to have gone off script at his presser today guys. We need to rally round quickly or he may jump before he's pushed. In fact, by the looks of him, he might top himself before the next game.
There was nothing wrong with the display today that a decent new pair of goalie gloves for Onana wouldn't put right. So, Scruffy Jim; I know things are tight, but can you cover that - for Ruben's sake? He is your man after all!
Save our Ruben!

Coming across like his Portuguese counterpart Mourinho with some of his comments - trying to get himself sacked.

Looks like the job is a lot harder than he anticipated and he doesn’t have an answer to improve things.

Already questions are been asked, he has one hell of a job on his hands to turn this shit club around and he looks like he knows it's an impossible task.

It's all very bizarre. They hired him knowing (presumably anyway.....you never can tell with some of the deep thinkers over there) that he would want to stick rigidly to his preferred method of play, yet they have no real money to buy any players of real quality if he wants new ones in to fit this
So, again presumably, they expected him to at least get an improved performance out of the current lot whilst (perhaps...again, I haven't got a clue) going through some sort of transition??
Well that's going well, isn't it.

It's an insane mess and I think they have even surpassed themselves this time.

Come on only someone with shit for brains could think anyone could turn them around ...........seriously they would have done better get Moyes in someone who will make the hard to beat unlike this poor sod who looks like a downgrade on tenpeg

Just read Slimeys BBC ramblings apparently the Senile Pisscan delayed yesterday’s KO whilst he lectured Ammering on the pitch before the Brighton match. Looks GPC is intentionally undermining our efforts on this thread given the impact he had yesterday
As an aside the ref had to delay the ko as it took the old twat that long to get off the pitch after the Law tribute. Wonder how big the PL fine is going to be for this ffs

i think thats exactly what they need tbh.
someone to make them hard to beat.
then build from there.
glad they don't seem to think that.

Interestingly they have proved hard to beat for us, Liverpool and Arsenal recently. So they can have a shape and make things difficult for their opponent. It appears when the "lesser" sides face them and they have pressure to lead on the front foot it falls apart. Maybe they should just sit back against everyone. More than happy for them to continue as they are though.

That's a few more staff sacked to cover the fine for a late start.

It's easier to manage a team to stop the opposition than it is to dominate and score goals.

I suspect that Amorim has been taken aback at the sheer incompetence which has clearly been in existence across the football management side of the club for many years now.

The PR and money raising side of the operations has for so long been the most productive aspect of the whole club operations, safe in the knowledge that the lemmings element they attract will continue to turn up in disproportionate numbers. Hence the football hasn't been a priority.

Anyway it is wonderful to see the over-hyped cunts embarrassed and beaten where it really matters, so who fucking cares.

Deal with it you arrogant cunts - the classic emperor's new clothes club !
