Could it be simple that Work Permit issues in all 3 of the deals. The South American kid must be hard for him to get a work permit same with the guy from France leaves me thinking that Omars should be straight forward in compared to the rest.

Not sure but would surely be flying from Frankfurt (one of the largest flight hubs in Europe) rather than Cologne, no ?

(Unless, of course, the fact that it's one of the largest flight hubs means it's more convenient to fly from Cologne).
