Can he take corners?
Yep, our set pieces will be sorted as soon as he starts playing—unless our set-piece coach continues to sabotage us by making us fail at them by instructing someone else to take the set-pieces. Marmoush should be our primary free-kick taker. As for corners, he’s great, but we don’t have many strong aerial players to finish them, apart from Stones and Aké, who are often injured.

I’d prefer Nunes to take the corners so Marmoush can be on the receiving end and potentially score. Even though he isn’t particularly strong in the air, his presence could still make an impact.

As much as I love KDB, my heart sinks every time he goes to take a corner, then proceeds to play it short and get it passed back to him, only for the defending team to have read it (because we do it literally every time). So he passes it to one of our centre backs, who end up passing it back to Ederson. I'm sure there's some logic behind it, but given the amount of corners we tend to get in a game, I don't understand why we are so reluctant to whip in a decent cross instead. Hopefully Marmoush can change that for us.

You assume Nunes will be in the side when all the new signings arrive?
