We don’t know whether Carlos sold the tickets for a profit. If he did this should be a Club disciplinary matter

The same vigour will be used punishing Carlos as the punishment dished out to the miscreant who handed the tickets out to the 8 Cule idiots in the scouse away game.

He didn’t, he knows them. Still a kicker that it’s a total of 8 - should be capped to 2 imo. If you don’t use them, staff can’t stack them.

He knows one or more of them and it might well be a freebie but it’s possible he charged for them. It’s a question City’s admin should be asking IMHO. Every time you have received a ticket from somebody you know has it always been free??

I do think the fancy dress element of these groups at Anfield and Ipswich, with its inherent mocking of our fans, justifies more than City kicking it into the long grass.

Looks like priced out on here too. SSL3 seasoncard seats being sold for twice the cost price. With platinum, 1/19th would be £25 (row X up to top). Seems £50 is the going rate now.

That should absolutely be called out and shouldn’t be allowed on here.

The club should put a statement out on the OS clarifying the away ticket criteria for CITY employees, and promising that criteria won’t be broken and abused again by employees in the future.

Maybe they did? But the tickets would have gone to a single person to arrange and to distribute the tickets between the group. It was paper tickets.

If ever I move mine on it's always for 1/19th, even the raggy game last season.

Other's have decided to try and do what the Ticket Exchange does and although it's maybe still technically cost price it doesn't sit well with me.

On the extremely rare day I can’t get to the game I give mine away - I’ve already paid for my season card so don’t see it as money lost. But rather, as a favour given.

Now a couple of points on this, one it's something I've seen on social media so could well be made up, and two it relates to the rags so I know sympathy is obviously minimal, but the way things are going, would anyone be truly shocked if it had have happened at the Etihad?

Players and staff have been getting tickets for whoever they please since time began. I’ve benefitted from it myself in the past. To expect a senior coach at a club not to have access to a bunch of tickets is naive in the extreme.

But the yellow hat lot and the Barcelona firm, didn’t just happen to all turn up in identical gear by chance. Someone has gone to a fair bit of trouble organising that to make sure they were all coordinated.

Surely it’s not asking too much if you’re a senior employee and are asked to get a bunch of tickets to an in-demand game, to say… Yeah, I can get them. But do us a favour, keep your head’s down and don’t take the piss?
