All this fanfare for the 100+ million spent in the window is bollocks. With them 3 signings, nothing will change. The 2 kid centre half’s will affect nothing and that’s if they even play.
Obvious problems in midfield where KDB is the one who is out running and put more effort in than all the others, but we seem to be ignoring the obvious.
10th at best this season, next 6 or 7 PL games will be awful and I very much doubt we will overcome Brugges

Unfortunately Txiki seems happy with our midfield being absolutely absymal week after week after week and has no problem with waiting until the end of the window (when our season will more or less be over) until we can maybe see if there is anyone cheap we can bring in.

one midfielder not even enough. got to be Diaz + another one at this point but left about 10 days for ourselves despite we knew this since September and then when the horrible run started end of October.

Kovacic, Gundo, Bernardo aint gonna be a solution unless its lower half sides like Ipswich maybe. and more issues like KDB off the ball game. Foden aint much better this season. we carry them when we dont have the ball. but who carries them? mediocre Kova, burnt out Bernardo or no legs Gundo? what a joke of situation really.

I don’t see how signing two very young and inexperienced centre backs in any way helps us improve.

What we need is two top class fullbacks and at least one athletic, pacy midfielder that can put in tackles.

Can't just flip flip between Ederso and Ortega every week because the truth is neither are good enough

Ederson head is elsewhere, so his ability on the ball has been meh and when it's meh his below average shot stopping is exposed

Ortega is a better shot stopper although his has been below his average level and when his shot stopping isn't up to par then his poorer distribution and poor sweeping is exposed

Need a new #1 who wants to be here and is hungry, neither of which Ederson/Ortega are
