Drama queens gonna drama queen. I fully expect us to beat Chelsea and Brugge in our next two games. In february, I expect wins against Newcastle and Orient , and draws against Arsenal and Spurs. I won't go any further than that.
We’ll just have to wait and see. I’m optimistic. The new defenders aren’t just CBs, they are both versatile by all accounts. The dual DoF team are hard at work. More to come?He may have no choice. Dias is injured again. Nunes is nota right back. Ake is injured, and I very much doubt that Stones is fit. That leaves Akanji and Gvardiol. Hence my comments that the long term problem is the defence but the solution we have gone for will likely resolve itself only over the long term.
You don't belong in this thread then. We’ll just have to wait and see. I’m optimistic.
I’ll call them whatever I fvckin like sunshine … Then again, in hindsight, I’m actually more mad at myself for missing Winterwatch, just too old for all this post match bickering.Bizarre you’ve got the brass neck to call anyone spineless.
You absolutely can call our players what you want, and I fully expect you do. Like I say, you appear to lack the backbone which you are castigating others for not having. You wouldn’t be the first football supporter to be guilty of that tbf.I’ll call them whatever I fvckin like sunshine … Then again, in hindsight, I’m actually more mad at myself for missing Winterwatch, just too old for all this post match bickering.
Hence I started a new one on Khusanov but no doubt we will continue with the rag-inspired nonsenseI've been on here 17 years, man and boy. And I've seen some really staggering threads (almost definitely been responsible for some of them), but this one is right up (down?) there with the best of them. It will be worthy of a place in the classic threads forum. Well done OP.
Back in the day I’d have my post match grumble (about a certain Striker* from Fulham) in The Claremont, then a pint or two later I’d be fine. The thing with t’internet is the morning after it’s still there for all to see.You absolutely can call our players what you want, and I fully expect you do. Enjoy your day.
Fair enough mate, and like you say it’s only the internet :-)Back in the day I’d have my post match grumble (about a certain Striker* from Fulham) in The Claremont, then a pint or two later I’d be fine. The thing with t’internet is the morning after it’s still there for all to see.
Enjoy yours too, hopefully the Rags can cheer me up later as they embarrass themselves again against a genuine pub team ;) something PSG certainly weren’t.
*only kidding.
ooohh.....I've only just come on, what was it called?Kudos to whoever changed the thread to the, because its original one was quite frankly an embarrassment.
Some mard arse, entitled shite like we are going to get killed never mind top 4. Probably one of the worst threads that has ever been to be fair.ooohh.....I've only just come on, what was it called?
It was originally called (wait for it).......ooohh.....I've only just come on, what was it called?
That was exactly why I made a new topic called Khusanov but no one seems interested. Khusanov and Reis are City's response to the defensive issues, and Marmoush will sharpen the attack. I'm not so much interested in the goalscoring as we went 2-0 up last night and lost. And that's a trait. Reversing it will be solved by defensive measures. Some mard arse, entitled shite like we are going to get killed never mind top 4. Probably one of the worst threads that has ever been to be fair.
yes with a young fresh legged defensive mid fielder. That was exactly why I made a new topic called Khusanov but no one seems interested.
