They are both right. He IS visiting City tomorrow and Arsenal ARE pushing to sign him. People are mistaking this to mean City are signing him, but he’s just hearing our pitch. He’ll be visiting Arsenal, and others, too.

Not sure what we're offering him however we've got a 17 year old and 18 year old break into the team this season and a lad who only turned 15 in December who will play against Girona next week in the CL (Max Dowman) so perhaps he may see a path to the 1st team.
