UEFA said that in both instances, the respective clubs “will not transfer players to each other, whether permanently or on loan, directly or indirectly, from July 2024 until September 2025, with the exception of pre-existing transfer agreements”.

My understanding is the Man City offer involves a loan to Girona. Not sure what we're offering him however we've got a 17 year old and 18 year old break into the team this season and a lad who only turned 15 in December who will play against Girona next week in the CL (Max Dowman) so perhaps he may see a path to the 1st team.

Obviously City have Haaland and Arsenal have Odegaard. Allegedly United were interested as well but if either us or City lose him to them we need to fire our recruiting teams.
