The Album Review Club - Week #191 (page 1286) - Harlequin Dream - Boy & Bear

Top band.
My best mate meggo got me into them.
Unfortunately he passed away some years ago.
He's favourite song was caravan of love.
When we sang that at his funeral it was the most moving emotional thing I've ever seen.
Rest easy megson x.
Ctid
didn't listen to it for years after.
One time I was on a flight to tunisia.
Shuffle play on my phone.
When it came on I cried like a baby.
If anyone has mates who they love like I did him they are very lucky.
Like I was.
Rip megs x

Easy week, one of my kids had this on regular rotation recently and we have discussed it.

Seen PH many times in various guises, top bloke.

As JA was mentioned in the write up, anyone know the scoop with her? She had to abandon a tour a while back due to ill health and I don't think I've seen anything about her since :-( No issues with Rianne Downey but hope that doesn't indicate that Abbott is really poorly.

Btw @LGWIO do I get royalties on the first para (and how on earth did you think my crap clues last week were pointing to this album?)

Thanks to Rob for putting the clues out and the summary.
Alas an annual 2 day course that I detest prevented me from being online earlier.
I suppose the album title gave it away a bit too easily. Im not quite as clever with the cryptic clues.
As with some of last weeks lyrics and most notably for me, Marble Banks from Lau, the words chime with me.
Anyway, good luck tonight gents, I'm off down the pub to hopefully watch the Liverpool match.

wikipedia says a primary reason for JA stopping is to care for her autistic son.

Last year, Heaton said:
“She’s not ill, like people are worrying. But we have to let her be and not put pressure on her.” “I have to work with people who are able to match my work levels, and through no fault of her own I felt after the last album she wasn’t able to commit. Very sad, but there’s always a song for Jacqui to sing."
