There’s a few want adding as well

Not sure your use of 'pal' is a term of endearment here but my point is that she did directly reference the rags - OT is specifically their stadium not the surrounding area. She did not say "no money will be made available for the stadium development itself" (see transcript of speech) The Labour Party using funding the scum as propaganda is almost as despicable as getting Ratboy to star in their adverts and events.
Don’t agree

I think u need to listen to the speech again ? She definitely said that funding for the stadium would not be coming from the government, sorry if I offended u with the reference ‘pal ‘

Mmm the impartial BBC at it again. Just a short selection from their sport page:

Man City avoid Champions League humiliation as Real or Bayern await

Manchester City's Champions League campaign could have gone the same way as the merchandise stand outside Etihad Stadium that went up in flames before kick-off - but a fightback on the pitch meant they scraped into the play-offs.

City's final placing of 22nd in the new Champions League opening phase after Wednesday's 3-1 win against Club Brugge should be a source of embarrassment to a club of such high ambition, winners of this tournament in 2023.

Guardiola's side faced the humiliation of not even making the play-offs.

Pep Guardiola's Premier League champions knew only victory would suffice to avoid the abject embarrassment of slipping out of the top 24 places in the tournament's new format.
Lol
Never mind our near humiliation .
What about our raggy neighbours not even making the CL you muppets!!

Jeez, yer have to laugh. ITV local sport mention flames and elimination from the CL. Did they clock the score? And then the glee with which they mention our next appointments 'both European giants'! We are fuckin' European giants! Just ask the European media!!
I do sometimes wonder if I'm being a paranoid Bert, but if certain other clubs had 'scraped through' in this manner, I feel the tone of these articles may have been slightly different.

REPORT: The NBA is targeting the creation of PSG and Manchester City basketball clubs in new European expansion league, per @BasketNews_com
The piss will be simmering nicely should that come to pass.

Club branding via the NBA would go through the roof.

Seen it all now, just quickly caught a bit of Skys transfer show and fans of clubs were there asking questions ie Arsenal fan asking about Watkins. They then moved to a Brentford fan who’s question was not about Brentford but us and our January defender buys, are they panic buys ahead of a transfer ban.

Great news for the Co-op arena and Etihad Campus if true. It is a logical move for CFG. It already happens at a lot of huge European football clubs across the world. City would be able to sell joint football/basketball sponsorship deals as well as joint corporate deals for music/football and other events.
