The last season finished almost 10 months ago.
Ok and he's still managed to be one of our most impactful players this season. We'd be midtable if it weren't for the goals he's scored. Just seems a weird player to pick out considering how poor half the squad have been.The last season finished almost 10 months ago.

He is a defender first and foremost and needs to do it better! He has been woeful defensively this season.Ok and he's still managed to be one of our most impactful players this season. He is not a shite defender at all. What is happening is that he is getting exposed as he is expected to make chances in the box and then next minute get back and defendHe is an absolutely shite defender.
The pattern of play is that Josko is in tandem with Savinho, until Savinho switches sides. Then he is own his own as Omar was much further infield.
Same thing happens when Foden plays on that side
Josko is asked to get forward and then the opposition just hit a long ball to where his natural position is. With Rodri there he would provide the cover
The problem is the midfield which is patently slow and gives no protection to the defence and creates no chances for the attack

Simply not true. As you may recall, he's made multiple goal saving recovery blocks/ tackles this season. He has more than adequate pace. Been clocked at almost 34km, Haaland is in the 35-36km range for comparison.He is too slow too. He is looks like he is running in treacle at times.
