Just a question out of genuine interest.

If someone offered top 4 now at the expense of the FA cup would we take it??
Or would we rather see the FA Cup back on the right side of Manchester at the expense of top.4/5???

It's got to be both, no compromises.

Whatever result we get at Leyton Orient next weekend won't even begin to paper over the cracks of today's capitulation at Arsenal ..... any more of today's rubbish and we can forget all about a top four place.

But just to play along ....

Leyton Orient 0-3 City

Kick off time 12:15 (GMT).

Right on to the games that actually matter, 1 of 3 trophies we have left this season, have to progress in this. Might be time to experiment and get the players out of the team that aren't good enough.

Real Madrid (H) is only a few days after.
Jesus, we need more than 3 players to beat Orient!

Almost impossible to predict but I would like to see the new signings start and then a combination of young players and experience.

No KDB, Gundogan, or Nunes at right back. I don't mind playing Nunes in midfield though.

Play the new centre backs. If they can't hack it against Leyton Orient then they probably shouldn't be here in the first place.

I would say a huge win would boost confidence, but it's one step forward two back at the moment.

I wouldn't be too dismissive of Leyton Orient, until County won there on Saturday they were the form team in that division, W9, D2 of their previous 11 league games - and watching our shambles at the Emirates would have helped their confidence.

Anything can happen in 90 mins & possibly ET in a two horse race but, there's a big gap probably the biggest ever between PL sides and the old 3rd Division/4th Division sides as we saw against Salford. There is the odd exception, spursy almost blew it in round 3 but even they got through eventually.

We'll win this (gulp) pretty comfortably with a mix of new players, youth and a couple of older heads.
