Yea, Ederson and Ruben first 2 to come to mind. Hopefully he can do well
Bernardo isn't too shabby although he came via France where their league is absolutely terrible.

Harwood-Bellis too but not a mistake to sell himWhat if they're just not good enough to make it at City, OR they want to leave for regular first team football BEFORE they're good enough for City's first team?
This is the problem we face. Players reaching 22/23 years old, who aren't good enough to supplant our elite players, & they're blocking the first team route for the next batch of EDS players.
People calling for O'Reilly to be blooded against PSG, Chelsea or ArseAnal need to get real. The kid isn't ready for that level of heat. As for Khusanov & Reis, they'd already begun to prove they could potentially play against the best at a young age.
I've no issue with us selling on our academy products with buy back & sell on clauses, & replacing them with better academy products nurtured elsewhere.
From memory, only Sancho & Palmer have left our academy & gone on the play for England, & both wanted to leave for the aforementioned reasons. Foden, Lewis & Bobb have shown the early level our academy products need to get to, in order to force themselves into Pep's bigger plans.
What's so shitty about our timeProb my favourite comment after reading the Porto forum and translating:
“Holy shit, I hope you have fun in that plastic club, without history, with artificial fans, in that shitty city, with shitty time, shitty food and with depressed Guardiola fucking your head every 5 minutes.
I'm kidding, I wish him all the best, he seems to me an impeccable boy and he was a great player while he was here.
But I didn't tell any lies.”
And holy shit gave birth to that new-rich club of shit, because they could have taken the guy at any time and chose to do it at the end of the transfer period.
Eh ?Looks like Rodri but produces like Declan Rice.
I know he’s not city’s greates, but did Otamendi come from Benfica too?Bernardo isn't too shabby although he came via France where their league is absolutely terrible.
Barça fans called him just Nico.
you seem to have answered your own question thereI assume this bloke wasn’t our first choice given the timing.
If we’re paying the release clause, albeit with a different structure in terms of payment schedule, then it begs the question as to why we didn’t do it in the first week of January.

As a CB sure. As a defensive RB id still trust himAkanji has lost the plot tho

Yeah, served us well. Bit of a mad fella thoughNo we signed him from Valencia then sold him to Benfica. I liked Ota though thought he was brilliant at times.

The league doesn't matter. Remember, Ferna came to us from the Ukrainian league! If the player is capable enough, he will succeed regardless. Being a LA Masia graduate certainly helps in that regard.Where would we say that the Portuguese League Correlates to England?
Thanks Arsenal.
Without you lot yesterday I don't think this gets done today.
