Welcome Nico Gonzalez

Interesting, the bbc endorsing the view that we are cheats.

Whether its some lackey or the bbc sport dept in general(which it probably is) it needs sorting by City.

Even just a phonecall from the club to get these things removed.

The bbc literally treat us worse than any other club.
Initial response from BBC appeal dept:

Dear BBC User,

Thank you for contacting the BBC. The BBC has a dedicated process in place for handling complaints about moderation decisions. Unfortunately, the reference you have quoted below appears to be incorrect. If you wish to query or appeal against a moderation decision, your appeal must include the moderation reference that was supplied in your notification email. We are unable to investigate appeals that do not include this information. Due to the volume of correspondence, we receive, we are unable to discuss this matter further.

My reply:

Dear bbc moderation services

Please note that the reference code I gave IS correct - I copied and pasted it direct from your moderator's rejection of my original complaint; I have double checked it. Please look again. If you are not prepared to take action on this post I would be pleased if you would advise how such a comment on a Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal, or Tottenham Hotspur HYS would be dealt with. I am quite sure it would be removed by moderators within minutes. I look forward to hearing from you further with your response to my complaint

Their final response:

Dear BBC User,

Thank you for contacting the BBC. We have managed to find the correct reference: 2f1cc4fc-ffa9-48bf-b073-77f61b90e940. (that IS the code I originally gave them!)

In this instance, we believe the moderator made the correct decision so we will be unable to uphold your appeal. Remember that submissions you and other people post are personal views, not the BBC's, but we have a zero-tolerance approach to user-to-user personal abuse.

So there we have it; and no reply to to my query re the cartel clubs. Presumably fine to call them anything you like if it's your personal view. I don't think.

The worst thing about that is the fact that my money is used to employ some goon whose job is to decide whether football fans are being a bit mean to each other online

Leave em all to it and save the general public some money. Maybe hire another diversity officer with the money saved

not sure of this guy has not seen him play but reports I've read barca b thought he'd be holding midfielder then xavi made him a box to box but hopefully he can help solve the midfield problem but will need time to adjust to our way and the pace of game
