And the idiots among opposing fans whose hate for us is untrammeled will eagerly lap it up.

We'll need a major PR strategy if we prevail, of course, though there's no point in entertaining even for a minute a hope that we can win the hearts and minds of the kind of scum I've referred to in the preceding paragraph. No, we seek to present the actual facts of the case to reasonable people who are open minded enough to want to know the truth, while simultaneously delivering a big, smiling 'Fuck you!' to the rest of them.

The Guardian clearly put out the word to its writers to find every means possible of turning our victory into a defeat, and besmirching the way we won that victory.

Conn, with his 'City chose two of the judges' line was a fucking disgrace.

I don’t bite as such anymore, but a United head in work during a football conversation said something along the lines of, Ah you won’t have to worry next year when you’re relegated.

I simply said, I fear you are going to be severely disappointed.

My Liverpool supporting mate, who knows better, said don’t bite Eamonn.

My reply was that I don’t really bite anymore but I just read a totally different version of proceedings than the shite they consume.

Now I know in here people hate Liverpool supporters probably more than United heads although it could be a toss up.
The thing over here is that the amount of shite I got when we were nowhere and United were ruling the roost far exceeds anything I get now from Liverpool supporters. Certainly my Liverpool mates are far more rational when it comes to modern football and City in particular than United heads are.

There are gobshites in both camps but the Rags are far worse than any ‘Pool support I know.

If we prevail, then there's a huge story to be told and the narrative will completely flip as to why the case was even brought against us in the first place, considering the UEFA case and CAS verdict.
You can't fool all of the people all of the time, so if the media doesn't start asking tough questions and demanding answers from the PL and their cronies then, the whole mainstream media will be complicit imo.

I can remember all clubs from England being banned from Europe because of the dippers. I watched, live, what they did. If any fans should be too embarrassed to criticise other clubs it should be the dippers........I give you Jamie Carragher. A typical dipper fan. Offended by everything and ashamed of nothing. A dipper told me recently that Heysel wasn't as serious as what we have (allegedly) done. The dippers can rot in hell for me.

Down to personal experience.
I got a lot less grief from Liverpool supporters here than United ones. If you wanted arrogance you got it in abundance from them.

It’s quite acceptable to hate them both.

Ya need to up the bants game! We might get relegated but at least we’ll still have a derby to look forward to the way they’re going. Our relegation would be temporary but it’s a longer way back when you have to negotiate Europe’s largest waterfall. Would the parachute payment cover their increasing bills from Rentokil Initial for the rat infestation?
