Unless he has evidence that our lawyers have dragged the case out he should keep his fucking mouth shut. If he has got evidence let's see it.

So while it may seem a little petty to you and i can see your point, it was remiss of him to come to such a conclusion and as i said there are many other clubs that city could send their loan prospects too who would welcome it without feeling the need to go on national radio and make silly statements.

The published evidence from the APT case proves that the PL dragged their feet and obstructed us. In fact the Judges stated they obstructed us. There is nothing to suggest they have not done the same in the 115 case. The idea that City have dragged it out is another false narrative. The longer it goes on the more our reputation is damaged.

I'm sure you are right, and they could probably summarise it on a piece of paper the size of a fag packet. Once it's all put in legal speak that will pass scrutiny its probably more like a large (and very boring) book.

Well hopefully their verdict will be comprehensively in City's favour as well as clearly highlighting the part played by the PL in falsely bringing the charges as reputational damage.

If the above is achieved, I suspect that the wait will be worth the angst caused to us all, although in the court of public opinion we are unlikely to be cleared anyway.

The cabal members and lackies must not be allowed to control the PL, and we are the only club intent on trying to ensure that.

Masters has been spinning it out so he can keep getting paid and boost his severance payout. What a disgrace it has been.
 
I’m getting fucking bored of this storyline now. It’s like the who attacked Cindy storyline on Eastenders. It’s dragging and I’m losing interest. Come on city.

Do we know if it will be like CAS and in the public domain or will it be like the APT case where the losing side can spin it like a win again.

Whilst I have no experience of such matters, I am certain that Masters and the PL will be entirely aiming to publish a false narrative regarding the outcome.

He is controlled by the cabal and 100% complicit in performing as instructed.

He and similar cohorts need to be publicly outed and shamed for his part in continuing this whole false process on behalf of the US owned clubs.

It is going to need somebody with integrity and balls to publicly expose this shameful process and the parties responsible - something our disgraceful media are incapable of doing on past experience.

No idea mate, but I think legal speak tends to avoid black and white terms like win/lose which unfortunately leaves space for such spin.
 
FWIW - and it went largely under the radar here when I posted it the other week - I had a WhatsApp off a mate the weekend before last. His mate works at City and told him that there was a rumour going round the staff that an announcement was going to be made soon. Firstly he said Friday which would've been last Friday. When I pushed him further he went back to his mate who backtracked on that slightly and said within the next 2 weeks which takes us up to this Sunday as he communicated this to me on Sunday 26th Jan. There was no indication from his mate as to whether it was a positive or negative outcome and the so-called rumours about when the announcement would be could be nothing more than that with no basis in fact, but perhaps this is at least an indicator of sorts that we're not that far off finding out and we might not have to wait until March to find out.
