PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

If we prevail, then there's a huge story to be told and the narrative will completely flip as to why the case was even brought against us in the first place, considering the UEFA case and CAS verdict.
You can't fool all of the people all of the time, so if the media doesn't start asking tough questions and demanding answers from the PL and their cronies then, the whole mainstream media will be complicit imo.

There WAS a huge story when CAS cleared us.

Just think for a moment if it had been the dippers, charged by UEFA, banned from their competitions for two years yet bravely fought against the charges in an appeal to an upper independent body who ruled that the nasty foreign body had no right to ban their team based on 12 mentions of "no evidence". Seriosuly think the media would have doubled down on them like they have with us?

FWIW - and it went largely under the radar here when I posted it the other week - I had a WhatsApp off a mate the weekend before last. His mate works at City and told him that there was a rumour going round the staff that an announcement was going to be made soon. Firstly he said Friday which would've been last Friday. When I pushed him further he went back to his mate who backtracked on that slightly and said within the next 2 weeks which takes us up to this Sunday as he communicated this to me on Sunday 26th Jan. There was no indication from his mate as to whether it was a positive or negative outcome and the so-called rumours about when the announcement would be could be nothing more than that with no basis in fact, but perhaps this is at least an indicator of sorts that we're not that far off finding out and we might not have to wait until March to find out.
Is that APT or 115?

It IS coming quickly and quicker than expected !!

If City end up with a fine for non cooperation the media will say we lost.
If City win the case completely, not even a fine the media will spin it as a failure by the PL.

What will be irrefutable though is that we didn't cheat. We will be able to say it. Our club can start taking broadcasters to court. Opposition fans can't win an argument that says we cheated. The clubs achievements are set in concrete.

After the case its going to be our turn, however they spin it they will be factually wrong. Be prepared to shove it in their faces, make them hurt, make them want to forget.... If we win that is.

It suits the cartel to have this dragging on as already posted by a few,(1)repetitional damage and (2)the court of public opinion, until we get the full outcome this will continue then hopefully the pushback/fight back begins..

We have already had this from the media, when uefa charged us and banned us the media were right behind uefa how dare City call into question the integrity of a long standing football organisation by going to CAS,when the red scousers played in the champions league final in Paris and all the bother with the French police and ticketless fans and so on,the media called uefa a corrupt disgraceful organisation..

If it had happened to the dippers there would have been outcry. State public funded enquiries why this was brought to court. Andy Burnham would be demanding all sorts from UEFA (even though he is mcr mayor). The press would have dug everywhere to destroy UEFA. Any media pundit who suggested UEFA had a case would be cancelled. Justice groups would be made up and marched through the streets of UEFA head quarters.
It sounds far fetched be remember when they played Madrid in Paris in the champs league final, the media were scrambling to state dippers were not at fault as the trouble was taking place, with no real understanding what was going on

And final, once and for all, right?
City will not concede a centimetre.

We have been traduced for too long.

This is the " Once and for all " opportunity per Khaldoon.

The club will not expect the multitudinous cretins to accept it, and make City their second club.

However, they will hold the perpetrators to public account and sanction.

The new Etihad & FAB sponsorship deals, along with the NBA franchise agreement, will be announced shortly after the verdict....
.....115% Innocent !!

They are going for 4 trophies, firm favourites for 2 of them.
That's even worse.

Be interesting how the press/ media play this
If they big up Slot who has got a better tune out of klopps squad. That means klopp wasn't all that just hair dye and Turkish teeth.

Mate, tongue in cheek as my post was, I so wish that to be true. But I'm keeping my hopes on check.

Not on the verdict outcome as such, but on this being such a full end of it. It'll go on and on and on.
