PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

It suits the cartel to have this dragging on as already posted by a few,(1)repetitional damage and (2)the court of public opinion, until we get the full outcome this will continue then hopefully the pushback/fight back begins..
The court of public opinion is only really aimed at the classic sky armchair fan and they seem totally oblivious that the sport has massively surpassed the relevance of. Jim the rag from Brighton mastering left arm wanking under his giggs duvet whilst shouting "yeah cheating city cunts" pointing at his sky news subscription with his right & the millions like Jim are the media's target audience, The cartel fans still believe that's why they should and will always be successful. Jim and his ilk were massively relevant in the early 90s. Sky and their subscriber base haven't realised the sport and business has evolved and they are largely irrelevant in the global scheme of things these days.

Mate, tongue in cheek as my post was, I so wish that to be true. But I'm keeping my hopes on check.

Not on the verdict outcome as such, but on this being such a full end of it. It'll go on and on and on.
Indeed it will.

But it will be City driving and controlling the process & narrative.

Can't get more conclusive than
115% Innocent !!

As long as the players give 115% effort…

It really is a marketing dream.

The verdict will be murky. City will be deemed innocent but “did something”.

Do get the feeling a verdict is on the way. Keep an eye on Pep. He has had his fair share of personal issues but if he knows, then he will go on the attack.

You can’t possibly be deluded enough to think spending £200 million in January right after the case is deemed to have finished and right before a verdict is expected is chest pumping only?

The club knows how the monies were paid and who paid them and they can prove that.

As Khaldoon said, the rest is made up innuendo not fact.

Sooner it’s released the better. The rebuild is on, the league won’t be able to stop us reclaiming top spot after this wobble and unfortunate dip title.

Perhaps looking at the lead cabal members, ie dippers, rags, gooners and spurs for god's sake, it is no coincidence that only the dippers can be regarded as being " amongst the most prominent clubs in the PL ", hence the other cunts doing everything they possibly can to restrict and minimise the success that City can continue to achieve.

Rags in complete disarray, gooners perennial 2nd place team, spurs a fucking laughing stock of an underachieving club with grandiose ideas and beliefs.

Masters in his role as chief lacky is their last hope of staying relevant.

If you are in any situation and Masters is your last hope then you are exponentially fucked, if i was on the titanic and masters was my last hope id of swam for it.

The **** has been influential and instrumental for far too long and needs removing from the role as soon as possible.

Do we know if it will be like CAS and in the public domain or will it be like the APT case where the losing side can spin it like a win again.

As a matter of theory and disregarding for a moment the current case, my experience of proceedings of this kind (much greater than that of your average punter but not that extensive compared with that of a specialist practitioner and therefore subject to correction from such a person) is that can end with enough points decided in favour of both sides for both to feel reasonably satisfied. Equally, it's possible at the end for neither side to be entirely happy.

Unfortunately, in this whole matter with MCFC and I'm talking about the stuff dating back to the original Der Spiegel 'revelations' from over six years ago which sparked the investigations of UEFA and the PL, show that we can't expect good-faith and honest reporting of the outcome, whatever happens. The media has uniformly labelled us as guilty from the start and literally no mainstream outlet has given any meaningful consideration to the prospect we may not be.

We saw what happened after the CAS Award was published. Unequivocal statements of there being no evidence were followed by reporting marked by a farrago of lies and half-truths to explain how we'd unfairly escaped punishment. Whatever the Panel ends up saying, the media will try to hammer us, unfortunately. If things go well for us, they'll try to discredit the findings irrespective of what the evidence said.

In that case, even any small finding against us would be trumpeted as proof of wider corruption that we've managed somehow to conceal. After all, the hysterical coverage so far has created an expectation in the minds of foaming-at-the-mouth conspiracy loons among the fanbases of our biggest enemies that we deserve the harshest of punishments. There are posters on their equivalents of this board who assert, in all seriousness, that we deserve to be in the North West Counties League and it's that constituency our esteemed football journalists seem to pander to.

The media has been complicit in creating that atmosphere and, on the assumption we escape a really serious punishment, the journalists involved have to explain to their readers why expectations haven't been met. Will those journalists suddenly turn round and report the verdict accurately? Not a chance. Leopards, spots and all that.

Experience shows that they don't care how ridiculous it makes them look in the mind of an intelligent reader who really knows the case in detail, too (emphasis mine - and almost all of those who actually meet that latter criterion as well as the former seem to be posters on here as only we appear to have read everything about it in the public domain!). In a way, it's depressing but the good thing if we prevailed would be that it'd be easier for the club then to hit back. Let's hope they'd want to.

Be interesting how the press/ media play this
If they big up Slot who has got a better tune out of klopps squad. That means klopp wasn't all that just hair dye and Turkish teeth.
Buster Blood vessel is just lording it this season because our arse has suddenly collapsed and I’m sure Shipman would have had them in a similar position. Plus being reffed to a completely different standard to every other team helps

As i have said before i just cant see them wanting too, i think the club quite simply do not care about your average daily mail reader, social media fuckwit or two-bit journos as their goals are much loftier.

As you have stated the msm and other clubs fans have already decided we are guilty with zero evidence or understanding of the case because they need to use it as their crutch and excuse as to why their clubs arent as special as they think they are and no evidence or verdict is going to make them change their minds with regards to us and therefore it is pointless to engage or punish these people and make them the martyrs that they so long to be.

Far better to move onwards and upwards keep breaking records, keep winning trophies and destroy them with each one a little at a time until there is nothing left but an empty husk pining for the good old days like the GPC does now.

I don’t see it being the City way at the moment but I personally would love to see retribution not revenge against anyone slandering or printing liable about us after we are found innocent.
I would like to see us lay down a marker early and forcibly curtail any narrative in any media or even prematch interviews that doesn’t acknowledge innocence.

I wish it was over.
I don’t bite as such anymore, but a United head in work during a football conversation said something along the lines of, Ah you won’t have to worry next year when you’re relegated.

I simply said, I fear you are going to be severely disappointed.

My Liverpool supporting mate, who knows better, said don’t bite Eamonn.

My reply was that I don’t really bite anymore but I just read a totally different version of proceedings than the shite they consume.

Now I know in here people hate Liverpool supporters probably more than United heads although it could be a toss up.
The thing over here is that the amount of shite I got when we were nowhere and United were ruling the roost far exceeds anything I get now from Liverpool supporters. Certainly my Liverpool mates are far more rational when it comes to modern football and City in particular than United heads are.

There are gobshites in both camps but the Rags are far worse than any ‘Pool support I know.
Great post but I will raise you..Those tarquin twats are the worst.
