Madrid Home tickets

Feel City been a bit harsh here, skipping out league home games after only including Champ League game, Now gonna have to be in a huge queue when if they had done 5 home or something it would of been a lot easier, Let the carnage commence
 
Is anyone having trouble transferring a Madrid ticket to family and friends ? I’m in cup scheme but when I try to transfer ticket I keep getting an error message ?
 
I have a Android phone and still not updated. But on the app the box saying download to phone still greyed out.

Can someone who now has their madrid tickets as part of the cup scheme, transfer these to a " city match day member"?

I am travelling from northen Ireland for the game on Tues and my friends who have tickets arent going to the game and hearing so many stories that tickets now cannot be transferred to - " city match day members"..!!

Same for me until about 15 minutes ago ( 2:40 pm) , then the Newcastle match magically switched to Real Madrid on Tuesday, was also getting nervous !

The person on the cup scheme can transfer to anyone with a supporter number. The recipient does not have to be on the cup scheme, only the seller.
