City launch legal action against the Premier League | Club & PL reach settlement | Proceedings dropped (p1147)

So bored with this shit now. Announce the judgement on 115 and lets just all crack on.

I get things might need to be challenged, however i would just rather it was all done out of the public realm now.
Fuck that, they’ve tried to destroy us so we should be full steam ahead in challenging everything they throw at us.

How do you work that out? You can’t dispute major legal matters with no fucker knowing

I assume what this means in strategic terms from City is: you keep coming at us with regard to APT, which you and we both know is deliberately targeted at us, and we'll give you all the fucking trouble you can handle and then a whole shitheap more.

Not sure why we're bothering, mind, when we'll be starting next season facing FC United in the Northern Premier League*.

* - Spoiler: this is sarcasm, and we won't be in the Northern Premier League. Just dispense with 'Northern' and that's where we'll be.

Shouldn't really be a surprise to anybody this. we won the last one, the rules were not amended to reflect what the rulings said despite the plea to do it properly and ensure they were, and they were warned of a similar legal response should they not, so we do it again. We'll win once again and this time the incompetence cannot be swept under the rug heads will have to roll.
Whats all this got to do with Rooney? :-)

It's all part of the same APT case, nothing has really changed other than Arsenal having a bad result so the media are using their usual deflection tactics.

We were always going to challenge the rules again, we said as much.

Here we go again. Assume we have had some message come down regarding our initial APT concerns so we have taken it legal again. I hope we're not banging our heads against a brick wall.

On a side note why didn't we think about interest free loans
