He just pissed me off with his "you must be guilty as there are so many charges". " All the pundits think you are guilty so you must be" I immediately asked him what the charges were, silence, then I told him about the witch hunt. No dispute. After a more easy conversation i felt better, but this is what we are up against. Media ill informed sheep.

If we're found guilty on the important charges then it's prison time for club officials and the staff of major global accountancy firms - conspiracy to commit fraud on a vast scale, a criminal offence. Personally I doubt that is happening.
