If Everton can keep up their recent run of form this week, I can see this lot getting the wobbles. Potential for plenty of dropped points in their run in. The game against Arsenal on May 10th could be huge (in the unlikely event the Tarquins haven't already shit their pants by then).
I wonder with city being down and out are we in for a different sort of close title race with the top 2 both shitting themselves and bottling it right up until the last day?
The dippers seem a bit more cool headed this year - they would've been selling pl champions t shirts on Ebay at Xmas in previous years.
Arsenal obviously won the beating city cup last week so will probably have a melt down against Liverpool in a game that actually does matter.

STILL the banner headline on the BBC s football page is about Big Ange. One of the most seismic shocks in the FACup for probably more than 30 years and there’s no screaming headline. Twats.

Yep you notice the back pages? Mainly it's Plymouth praise no negative headlines anywhere about slott or Liverpool! If it was us they'd go after Pep with big negative headlines!

Notice it before when Liverpool lose a game they should win the media go for the winning team!

They're getting better then.
I would of thought their headline was still all about the greatest own goal in the history of football.

Did that Irish clown actually say that?

Utterly mental if so.

They've been indoctrinated into the way of the cult, like the followers of David Koresh or Jim Jones or any of the thousand other new age Messiahs that seem to crop up now and again.
It takes a hold of them and whips them up into a frenzy: rational thought is suspended indefinitely, and almost overnight young impressionable kids with their whole lives ahead of them turn into mindless drones: automatons with no sense of identity or self-worth.

In the bad old days of slavery, you'd hear the plaintive wailing of the Negro spirituals: something along the lines of "Let my people go," or "Po' Lazarus. He done risen from the grave," and such. Nowadays you'll hear "This means more," and "The bizzies have got fock all on me, La!"

A few VD elbows and studs in the shins would have broken Plymouth's resistance yesterday
How the ref ignored that.. literally every other player in league (aside from red shirt player) = commentators would be saying "Ohh ref needs to look at that etc" if that was Rodri we would get replay after replay in slo mo.. Media bias in this country is a joke and we all are complicit = needs calling out on phone-ins, Social media etc get some momentum so this bias (which clearly influences refs and VAR) is at least someway addressed to get closer to a level playing field!

Thank you PAFC.

Thank you for hiring the fat ragdipper and allowing him to guide you to the foot of the table then sacking him so it wasn’t Wayne Rooney’s Plymouth Argyle who defeated Liverpool, but bottom of the championship Plymouth Argyle.

Thank you Arne Slot for underestimating the power of the FA cup in your team selection and putting an end to any delusion of the quadruple, the treble or the domestic treble.

Thank you Arne Slot for exposing the fact that your next generation of wonderful talent isn’t quite as wonderful as our friends in the media would have us believe.

In a difficult season for us, I’m happy to take whatever scraps the footballing gods are prepared to throw.

Anyway it’s made me smile and my Monday morning much brighter.

The only game that matters is the next one.
