The level of parochial “journalism” in England is a joke, not to mention the people who think they’re some kind of oracle on the issues of the day.

Keown is a useless twat on TalkSport, which is saying something, but anything he has to say goes in one ear and out the other, ESPECIALLY as it relates to Arsenal!

Seriously, the level of pandering to their own clubs, and slagging off the clubs they hated as a player and since, is so patently obvious and blatant it doesn’t bear thinking about or considering.

There are a few people I like hearing the “truth” from, and many on here won’t like it…Keane, Souness and Nedum. Now, I haven’t seen or heard much of Joe Hart, but some say he’s good, too.

Sadly, too many pundits feel the need to BE the news, not analyze it for us, help us see things we may not have seen, of better understand what we have seen…even if it doesn’t make their old team look good.

Far too many old players feel like they can’t be honest lest they get a cold shoulder or two from some of the mental midgets at their old clubs when they go back to watch a game.

Did you honestly expect the mainstream media to go in hard on the darlings of England after losing at Plymouth. Give your head a wobble.
I just reminded myself how Pellegrini got hammered for playing the kids at Chelsea all those years ago before a big game and contrast it to Slots' error but understandable error.
They are bottom of the championship and have won 1 is it in 3 months. They then beat the prospective champions and the media go easy on them when in fact they should have been hammered. Imagine if it was us? Ask yourself again why they do it. Because slating City and not the history clubs keeps the clicks coming.
As for Keown the big nosed ugly tarquin ****..Bullies?? Do me a favour. He is given a platform weekly to slag us off to his hearts content yet cant take a bit back.
The media is really really poor in this country. Enjoy the pain we cause them. It keeps them talking about us.

Tbh I thought they had. The main messages I'm getting from the main stream media are that Liverpool or slot disrespected the fa cup and how they deserved what they got.

Keown is just a biased **** and can’t hide it

Always remember his co comms on the Arsenal away a couple of years ago, the one on new years day

He was laying into us big style that day and thought it would be the game that signified as Arsenal being back

He was absolutely gutted when Rodders bagged the winner in stoppage time

The thing that bothers me is why don’t any of the ex blues act like this ? It must be encouraged to be partisan for certain clubs but not others ?

All you get with our games is snide comments and grudging admiration if we are sweeping all before them

Will we see a change once we have beat the charges ?

Don't recall anybodys defeat on a 24/7 loop. I have watched and heard many highlighting the match. As they sit top of the prem and just finished top of the CL stage I don't think many can get too carried away when their b team loses to a team one level below. Our 100 point season we went out to league 1 wigan.....

He kept mentioning a player called Roddery who played for us. I had to check the current squad list to make sure cheeky hadn't sneaked in another player just before the transfer deadline
