Even the better informed mediah legal eagles told their readers that City and the Premier League legal representatives were informed of the provisional verdict points of law, back at the end of November and were both given a month or so to respond as to these.
Unless things have radically changed after a review of these response submittals it will be the same verdict.
Indeed, I'm sure if City had been found guilty it would have leaked.
City's rather bold moves since indicate they are extremely confident of the outcome.

How do they do fair market? Do they go off premier sponsors or is it a lot deeper than that? You look at sponsors that Madrid get isn't there latest one 125m a year? Could we get say 100m a season and it be classed as fair value? Isn't it now around 75m?

Not very complicated. 24/25 is a renewal or extension. Under the rules any renewal or extension has to be FMV approved by the PL. Etihad are on the shirt so it was therefore approved.

Ah yes, you have mentioned before that you think the deal was approved. But do you mean the whole ten-year deal or some sort of compromise for the year 24/25 awaiting re-assessment?
 
Sorry for my clumsiness in this request, but seeing as I understand that there are two meetings this week involving the PL and shareholder clubs, are we expecting any news about our APV challenge or our further challenge to the PL and their charges brought against the club ?

If we are winning tonight, it will be next Tuesday, just before the return match,should we look like losing the tie,it will be the day after the match and just before the Liverpool match.
That pre supposes that they have won the hearing in the event they've lost the hearing,they will maintain radio/media silence.
