After having virtually no fit CBs all season we've got all 5 experienced ones back. Of course they'll start over a couple of youngsters that have very little experience and have hardly yet played for us. Reis isn't even registered for the CL anyway if I remember correctly.

Gonzalez probably isn't fully recovered from his knock. Marmoush maybe could have got a start but he hasn't really got going for us yet but along with Foden and Doku, he gives us an attacking option off the bench.

It's quite understandable that none are starting this game under the circumstances. I'm surprised there is no Kovacic or Foden though, especially as neither started vs Orient.

Just play mcatee and the new lads. If we loose the fans will be more understanding. Build for the future. These players will only be better next season if we start playing them now.

I’m so disappointed with the lineup and I’m not one that is normally negative. But that team is uninspiring.
