Quite a stark difference in refereeing from Champions League to Premier League. Specially talking about tackles.

The Premier League seems to be letting a lot of heavy challenges go this season compared to previous. They want aggression but it looks a total mess for referees. Compare it to last night where the ref had total control.

I expect our ref will afford the barcodes the same courtesy on Saturday.

It's a pity we are a bit wank this season. I reckon any City team from the last 4 years, would reel these in down the home stretch if we were within 6 or 7 points. You can tell they'd bottle it if the pressure was on but I don't think anyone is capable of putting the pressure on.
