City launch legal action against the Premier League | Club & PL reach settlement | Proceedings dropped (p1147)

Surely this would aid our cause regarding the 115 case?

I don't think the ruling has a knock on affect, I could be wrong, but it's another occassion when the club has fought their corner and come out victorious and vindicated so if anything it should instill a lot more confidence in any fans still unsure in my opinion

So, were the PL badly advised or did they ignore their legal advice and blunder on regardless. Either way, it's an embarrassing shitshow.
Neither, this isn't about the new rules, it is clarification on the ruling last year in effect, that the three points which were unlawful made the entire rules void.

The PL saying we have new rules now. There is no verdict on the new rules, that is ongoing.
Still ZERO on the BBC.
Not surprised there is nothing public, just something someone at the Daily Mail claims to have seen.

Only Keegan and Lawton running the story so far. Will wait until the club put out a statement which is usually the case. Strange timing.
