How can they now be seen as competent to bring the 115 against us

The damming thing for the Premier League, is that they have been shown to be incompetent by 3 judge's selected of their own list of retained judge's .
For any lurkers of other clubs or media hacks on here,take that in.
No underhanded deals no brown envelopes, just the law being applied by 3 judges selected by the chairman of the panel of judge's, overseeing the Premier Leagues buisness.
