Agreed. The popularity of Reform/AfD/National Rally etc. should make it clear that there's a social malaise and anxiety in Europe that's deeper than bleedthrough from Musk or Trump. The Democrats didn't address that anxiety sufficiently and look where we are now.

Europe faces a huge and historic issue now that is do they stand united in telling Trump to go fuck himself or do they also hand Zelensky out to dry, who is clearly the Kremlin target in these sham negotiations.

It's just as likely that I paraphrased poorly.
It still seems unlikely to be true, and a continuation of the free speech thread being banged on about. I think it's being used to create an impression which is not true.

Yes absolutely. Free speech is still alive and well over here. What we can't do, and rightly so, is call someone a nonce on social media, with it's negative connotations and potential harm, without some proof of it being true. That's the point you see, Shitgibbon and Co's proclamations on social media are, for the most part, lies, designed to promote their agenda. That's not free speech. Surely you can see the difference?

Why bother with Trump lovers? There's more than enough BS from Trump himself .. Ukraine started the war.. Zelensky has only 4% approval ... Musk is a great guy...

There is only one answer which avoids the "For evil to flourish, it only requires good men to do nothing" scenario.

Whichever way Europe goes, the world order has changed. The next few years are going to be difficult. A united Europe, including Ukraine, can survive and flourish, a divided Europe ends up a plaything of Russia and America

She may be batshit crazy or she may know exactly what she's doing. I'm finding it increasingly hard to work out who is in on the strategy and who is just a useful idiot.

American want to stop funding the war, and what better way than to hold talks with Russia stating Europe needs to set up a peace keeping force to protect Ukraine?
In a nut shell USA, reduce their outgoings,Europe pay for the peace keeping force
Ukraine is carved up giving Russia what it wants & Trump gets his "Nobel Peace Prize" and is remembered throughout time!
