Always going to be hard.

Just a season too far for some players.

Plus we've lost the world's best striker, the world's best midfielder and our best defender.

Always going to be hard with that.

Though some on here will be furious and want everyone sold and Pep sacked.

Love em for their contribution but it's time for Silva and gundo to say goodbye they offer our midfield fuck.all
Watched 5 mins of the Villa v Dippers game, the pace both play at, get it forward asap, looks a different sport to what we are playing this season.
Game tonight was lost with the starting 11 and line up.

I'll say it again, Pep just looked at their FB pairing and thought playing with no width at all was a good idea, as amazing he's been in the league for us, his tactics in the CL over the years never cease to amaze me, I'm actually shocked we've even managed to win it with him at this point.

We do need to spend big if we want to compete. We will need to land the likes of Wirtz to compete with this level of competition. Debruyne, Bernie, Gundog, Walker were all that level but now past it. We need top level investment to set us up for the next decade. Good start this window but that needs to be the start. Tall ask.

Not sure what positions Marmoush and Savinho are being asked to play, but so narrow, basically given up the wings for them to have a free run.

Khusanov has done alright, despite the wankerfest which is McPointy.

Gameplan needed to change as soon as Dias brain fart, although still felt Eddie came out a little early with Stones coming around on the cover.

All about keeping the score down now, which will be hard with Bernardo and Gundo running in mud.

Don’t watch Scousers and Villa we are going to get a bigger and more embarrassing mauling on Sunday than anything Madrid can do

Second best all over the pitch but worse than that we don’t appear to have a clue what to do. Must be changes at half time but fuck knows which ones he’s spoilt for choice

Gundogan and Bernardo are nowhere neared the required level any longer.
Far too many on here are completely blinkered where Bernie is concerned. He’s been brilliant for us overall but for the last 18 months, he has been complete and utter dogshit. He offers absolutely nothing defensively or offensively. If you play in midfield and don’t offer at least one of these, it’s time to find a new sport.
