Isn't this tweet a bit misleading? They're not forcing employees to cancel their subscriptions; they're forcing the employees' employers to cancel them (i.e., stopping federal funds being used). Presumably, the employees can still subscribe themselves if they want.

Still, the true motivation behind this move is given away by the 6 completely randomly selected outlets the memo ends up mentioning!

As an aside, if it really was a top secret project, I'd not expect it to be in the company name, or in fact there to be an invoice at all.

Trump should clearly go after the president of the day when pursuing this claimed excess from 2018!

The headline itself is not technically correct, but the attached memo leaves no doubt.

I understand this also includes military establishments, where libraries, education centers, social clubs and Officer/Senior NCO messes often have subscriptions to newspapers and cable news. Ironic really, because pretty much every enlisted and all rank dining facilities on US bases have Fox 'News' blaring out of the TV's.

No. But unlike you, i just believe the evidence. There have been multiple rulings against his administration. And they are abiding by those rulings and challenging them in the courts where necessary.

You can feel free to believe or disbelieve whatever you like. I just wait for the evidence and go with that.


Its why i don't take any of the predictions here that seriously. I only care about what's factual. Not what i think or you think. Neither is particularly important.
